APPEARANCE
Joshua has long grapevine like arms which he utilizes to his advantage with his boxing history. His body type is thin, yet ever improving with more and more musculature to his frame with every fight. His hands are thick from years of constant punishment and abuse that he has taken, as well as handed out. His 5 oclock shadow is the only feature that adds any age to his baby face. His smile is a smirk, showing no teeth, as in the professional world chipped and missing teeth do not go over well. The mans mouth will never open to speak to an opponent, but will extend widely to scream or spit blood in the face of an opponent in the most intense moments of a fight.

Joshua steps inside the circle to the chilling tune of Radiohead's reckoner in his business attire. Slowly, Joshua will strip himself item by item, from blazer, to tie to shirt, followed lastly by his shoes, never once taking his eyes off his opponent, never once changing his emotion until he is down to nothing but his dress pants and bare feet. Before the fight, he will chew away on his knuckles exposing his own blood onto his hands. It is at this time when Joshua slips away from himself, leaving society to become he believes he needs to be. The reckoner.

HISTORY
Joshua was born and raised a quiet boy in the wealthy suburbs of Providence. After leaving home at the age of 14 to live with his Aunt, he enrolled in public school where he became the butt end of many jokes, and a bloody mess from many beatings. Bundling up this anger, Joshua prevailed enrolling in Providence university and worked himself to a law degree. Yet as the story goes, Joshua couldn't escape the verbal and physical harassment of the workforce, and every day society. Slowly but surely, the pain and anger towards those that abused him began to control him until one day, Joshua Banks began to fight back.

FIGHTING STYLE
Joshua enters the circle to fight a psychological battle as much as a physical one. letting the oponnent land the first shot, laughing at weak jabs, and running and screaming at opponents making them retreat without a punch are just some of the various tactics he uses. The only thing joshua loves more than afflicting pain is receiving it, which makes him milk every fight to the bitter end instead of looking for quick knock outs.

Still an amateur in many fighting styles, he only has very basic skills in most styles and combats this by focusing on particular body parts if he ever sees an injury. His only extensive background training is boxing, and thus uses his long arms to his advantage keeping space between his opponents and using his ambidextrous punches in flurries and in haymakers. Through extensive street fighting, he has learned to use his arms in other ways as he all developed vicious elbows and an adequate spinning back fist.

Joshua's resilience is what wins him fights. Whenever grounded, he uses his long legs to keep opposing fighters away, and when in tight grappled situations, loves to throw headbutts.

When it comes to finishing fights joshua relies on 2 maneuvers. With enough head movement and perfect timing, joshua is able to deliver one of the most devastating uppercuts in all of the united states. The second move you will see Joshua rely on is a straight kick to the knee causing hyper extension and possibly torn ligaments. As soon as an opponent is bent over or on their knees, he delivers a running knee

(Joshua will never tap out a submission. A ref will need to stop the match due to broken arm/leg or going unconscious after a choke. Pain is the reason that joshua fights.)
