APPEARANCE
Shane's defining feature is his straight, long dark red hair. When fighting, he usually sticks it into a ponytail, but due to it feeling constricting, he will on occasion let it stay loose, regardless of the draw backs it could have to his ground game. His eyes are a dark brown, and are laced with black lines all throughout, moving inwards towards the retina.
He isn't the heaviest built of men, giving him very sharp elbows and knees, which are his favored weapons inside the ring. Though his muscles are toned and very much visible, just not large and protruding.
He has a variety of tattoos, even at his young age. And has piercings on his ears, and two in his right eyebrow.
His ring gear consists of a pair of black MMA shorts, the word Enigma printed down the side in red gothic font. He wears a brace around his right ankle, and wears black tape and gloves.
HISTORY
Born in a small town in Ontario to father Marcus Tallin and mother Sonia, Shane grew up under the watchful eye of his father, who himself was a very well known and accomplished martial arts fighter.
Shane began training at a very young age, and picked up Muay Thai as if it was second nature. All the while he watched his father in the cage, and as he grew, his grades slipped for it, as his mind looked to better things, that would lead him into the fighting world.
Now he is twenty years old, and as his attempts to find a professional contract fail, he turns to a darker side of MMA, and in a shadowy deal, has found a new home to battle within.
FIGHTING STYLE
Shane prefers to play the stand up game, where he utilizes his style of choice, Muay Thai. Standing up, he prefers to grab a clinch, where he can use his very sharp elbows and knees to dish out heavy damage. If unable to attain the clinch, Shane throws leg kicks frequently. Usually, this is used to soften them up, and keep them mentally unprepared for his big spinning back elbows, and massive head kicks.
When the fight goes to the ground, Shane actually prefers to be on the bottom, there, eh can co ntinue to use his elbows to strike at the head, as well as use his BJJ to try and steal the victory with submissions. When look for submissions, Shane usually looks for the quick ones, ie: Kimuras, Guillotines, and Triangles. But if he feels good about his ground game, he will look for the more complicated submissions, his preferred being the peruvian necktie.
When on top in the ground game, he will strike furiously, always jockeying to obtain crucifix and side control positions, so he can really dig in with the elbow strikes.
